Yet another university assignment- this magazine spread was my first introduction to InDesign (which I now LOVE). I completed this magazine spread quite a few months ago and can now see all the flaws in it- which I don't mind, as I can tell how far my designing skills have grown during the past year.

Love Lace
Lace; a fabric where the holes are as important as the full spaces.
Here is something I presented a few weeks ago in class. The assignment was a very open lace assignment brief- so I created a bodice and a collection of head pieces out of newspaper and leather- two textiles that are not normally associated with lace. The process was long and tedious but I enjoyed it and was happy with the end product!
Vintage. White. Elegance.
These pictures propel vintage elegance! They are image from Home Beautiful from a little while ago. They are perfect- pure white surroundings, vintage treasures hidden in every corner (and ceiling) and of course, even a little touch of France.
Welcome to my first post! I can't think of a better way to begin than to give you all a little insight into who I am as a designer and what I am all about.
Here is something little I have been busy putting together for my Graphics Studio.
It is just a small collaborative portfolio displaying some of my work over the genres of graphics, textiles, technical drawings, computers and illustration.
Enjoy!
